Contribute to Lab Meetings
Goal
Maintain the shared lab meeting repository so that meeting schedules, agendas, and presentation materials are organized and accessible to the group.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Pollack Group lab meeting repository
- Basic familiarity with Git and GitHub

Procedure
1. Review the current meeting schedule
TODO: Add the lab meeting repository and describe the agreed-upon term organization.
2. Create or update the meeting agenda
TODO: Define the directory and naming convention for individual meetings.
3. Add presentation materials
TODO: Define where presentation materials or links should be stored.
4. Submit your changes
Follow the repository’s contribution workflow and submit substantive changes for review when appropriate.
Verify
Confirm that the meeting agenda, schedule, and any presentation links render correctly on GitHub and point to the intended materials.
